BACKGROUND // Hawaiian Host Group is a Honolulu-based parent company created following the merger of Hawaiian Host and Mauna Loa. This project, completed while on staff at Innovation Protocol, was one component of a larger, multifaceted brand strategy initiative.
OBJECTIVE // How can we create an employer culture rooted in openness, warmth, and human connection—the Spirit of Hawaiʻi—to unite a newly formed team?
